Sheila Jacobs is a well-known writer-lecturer. She has developed programs to train CEO's and physicians in customer service during her 30-year career in advertising and marketing. She has won numerous awards for her work in marketing to seniors in the community. Sheila Jacobs offers half-day and full day programs in lifewriting and in scrapbook Photo Scribing® at community centers and senior centers around the country. She also offers theme workshops for recording Sweetheart Stories and Beloved Pet Stories, and to work with writers of Survivor Lifestories. Sheila Jacobs works with individuals and families to plan, co-author, ghostwrite, or prepare for publication family histories and memoirs. In addition, she offers full interview and oral history services and photography for lifestory projects of all kinds.

She has a passion for helping people tell their stories and has seen first hand in her classes how the writing process helps to unlock more memories. She has experienced in her own writing some clarification of the meaning of events and experiences in her past. Dana enjoys photojournaling and writing stories about her grandchildren. Dana lives in Mesa, Arizona and is a Registered Nurse with a BS degree in Business Management and Ethics.
