REFUNDS and RETURNS

Books, Tapes, Binders, Worksheet Pads

Returns must be made within ten (10) days.

Any returned items must arrive in the Soleil Lifestory Network office in resale condition to receive a refund.

Purchaser is responsible for both initial and return Shipping & Handling charges.

Packages

Affiliate Teacher Package, Associate Teacher Package, Photo Scribe Teacher Kit, Editor's Manual

Returns must be made within twenty (20) days of mailing date.

Any returns must arrive in the Soleil Lifestory Network office in resale condition to receive a refund.

A processing fee of $25 will be charged. Purchaser is responsible for both initial and return Shipping & Handling charges.

REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS and WITHDRAWALS

Workshops/Tele-classes

Discount
To receive the Early Registration Discount, you must pay in full prior to the early registration deadline.(See Workshop Schedule for dates.)

Deposit
To reserve your place at a Soleil Lifestory Network event, you may make a deposit of half the registration fee. The remainder is due the week prior to the regular registration deadline.

If your deposit is made by credit card, it is understood that the balance will be charged to your account during the week preceding the registration deadline, unless you make other payment arrangements before that week.

Withdrawal
Withdrawal and requests to roll-over your registration to a different workshop are subject to a service fee of $50.

Participation in any Soleil Lifestory Network Workshop is at the sole discretion of the instructor. If it is deemed necessary that a participant be asked to leave, there is no refund.
